Fall is nearly upon us and as we get ready for school and the faster pace of life that fall often brings, let's remember to take some quiet and special time for ourselves. Now is the time to return to your meditation rituals, your Bible studies, your peaceful moments of reflection. Take some time to rest, renew and rejuvinate before we start again on our yearly rollercoaster ride.
